Course program

The aim of this Apprenticeship is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of individuals in Customer Service roles.

The customer service Apprenticeship has been designed, in conjunction with the sector skills council, to meet the needs of employers. It is relevant to people who work in, or want to work in customer service in a wide range of different industries.

To complete the Apprenticeship in Customer Service learners must complete the following components:

• Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
• Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service
• Level 1 Certificate in Adult Numeracy
• Level 1 Certificate in Adult Literacy

It is permitted for learners to undertake key skills at a higher level than the minimum that is specified.
