| Geared towards: | COURSE CONTENT: This five day course is designed to maximize examination success, whilst developing participants understanding of the method. There is an opportunity to apply the agile approach in the exercises provided. | Requirements: | There are no pre-requisites for this course. Prior experience working on projects, or in a project management role may be beneficial to Participants, but as this course focuses on preparation for the Agile Project Management exam, it is not essential. Before you attend: 15-20 hours pre-course preparation is required. A pre-course study guide, Agile Project Management Handbook (the core guidance based on DSDM Atern) and E-Support are provided. |
