Apprenticeship in IT User Skills

The aim of this Apprenticeship is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of individuals in office-based roles.

The Apprenticeship for IT Users has been designed, in conjunction with the sector skills council, to meet the needs of employers. It is relevant to people who work in, or want to work in office-based roles in a wide range of different industries.

To complete the Apprenticeship for IT Users learners must complete the following components:

• Level 2 NVQ Diploma in IT User Skills
• Level 1 Certificate in Adult Numeracy
• Level 1 Certificate in Adult Literacy

It is permitted for learners to undertake key skills at a higher level than the minimum that is specified.

In addition to working with these awarding bodies we also like to work in partnership with other Business Support Agencies and Community Organisations; to form consortia and contribute to projects that enable participants to improve and reach their potential.
