Course program
Two days intensive course on the core basic skills needed for those working in private households as a butler or housekeeper. Topics covered include employers and their expectations, roles and responsibilities, communication, personal presentation, service in the dining room, laying the table, care of silver, basic laundry and cleaning skills, valeting and care of the gentleman's wardrobe. Classes are small, interactive and practical.
