Course program
This workshop assumes a familiarity with, and aims to expand on, basic transfer pricing theory. The day is spent working, in small groups, through a case study, based on a fictional transfer pricing project at a fictional multinational group with a reaistically complex and confused fact pattern. Particular attention is paid to dealing with intangibles and services.
