What will we do?: We will find our applicants placement if they are not already working and will assist them and guide them in completing the Diploma. As some may later wish to progress to higher diplomas such as 'The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services or a Foundation Degree, Level 3 Diploma in Homebased Childcare'. |

Course program
The qualification covers a wide range of diverse job roles occupational areas when achieved, which can be split into three pathways:
• Early Learning and Childcare
• Social Care
• Learning and Development Support Services
Optional Unit:
It also has an optional unit on '‘Understand how to set up a home based child care service’ which can be taking by itself and aimed at people who are interested in becoming registered childminders.
The course is usually completed between 6 - 12 months
