Course program
Whether you want to be a better public speaker, feel more at ease socially or are simply looking for general personal development, this course is for you.
With a blend of practical exercises and self-exploration, you are sure to come away with lots of new experiences and perspectives. We will look at methods for coping with self-doubt, leadership skills, improvisation and voice work as well as some deep personal exploration and group coaching work.
This workshop is co-taught by Josh Darcy and Sasha Smith.
About Josh
Josh Darcy is a theatrical director, performer and educator who specialises in improvisation and forum theatre. He has worked was extensively in these areas, with collaborators including Bill Bailey, Ruth Jones, Julia Davis, Rob Brydon and Ken Campbell. He has taught at London drama schools including RADA, East 15 and the Drama Studio.
About Sasha
Sasha Smith is an existential life coach who specializes in confidence, personal development and weight loss. She writes self-help articles for websites such as handbagfairy,com and The Life Coach Directory as well as co-facilitating The Art of Living workshop with Prof Emmy van Deurzen. She has also worked as a presenter and actor.
