Confined Space Course (Entry)
Designed for personnel who have to enter confined spaces2.
The aim of this course is to provide all course candidates with a firm
understanding of the current legislation regarding confined space entry and safe
work in a confined space.
Course content:
Awareness of Confined Space Legislation
Ability to recognise and identify a confined space and its hazards
Ability to identify and use specialist equipment required for confined space
entry
Awareness of Health & Hygiene aspects of the confined space environment
An understanding of the personalities and their duties regarding confined
spaces procedures
Practical exercises using confined space equipment
Confined space entry exercise using escape sets
Confined Space Entry Certificate
Confined Space Entry.

This course does not qualify personnel in the use of full breathing apparatus, but does include the Emergency Escape Breathing Apparatus
