Course Description
For the HND in hospitality management course online students will take mandatory core units – all seven units must be taken

Food and Beverage Operations Management
Rooms Division Operations Management
The Developing Manager
Learners will then choose from specialist units with a total credit value of 130 credits (full specification document available, please use the contact form provided and we will reply in e-mail with all the necessary information).
Using state-of-the-art technology, hrdservices provide all the necessary materials required to equip students in readiness for covering course criteria effectively.
