Course program
EFT Level 2 - Training to Practitioner Level.
2 Day Training. 10am-5.30pm both days.
Course Fee: £240 plus a £30 marking fee for students who wish to gain AAMET EFT Practitioner certification (Marking fee payable when the case work is submitted for assessment)
Christine Sutton and Philip Davis are experienced AAMET registered Level 3 practitioners and trainers in EFT. All courses conform to the current AAMET guidelines for content and are certificated.
This 2-day EFT workshop will take you beyond the level of interested amateur to a professional level of work. It is suitable for therapists, healers, coaches, counsellors and health care workers and will prepare you to practice EFT professionally with confidence and success.
Session contents include:
• Review of Level 1 topics as required by students
• Basic Safety for self and client
• Introduction to Rapport and Calibration skills
• Additional tapping points
• Introduction to intuitive testing
• More on working with Physical issues.
• Introduction to working with Trauma
• Additional tapping techniques
• Identifying and working with Limiting beliefs and Tail Enders
• Ways to inject more gentleness into the procedure
• Ways to find Core Issues
• Introduction to working with Phobias
• Introduction to working with Addictive states
• Surrogate work
• More on Testing Results including working with the Emotional scale
• Working by Telephone
• Delivering EFT in groups and Borrowing Benefits
• Working with children
• Working with animals
• Self-work
• Setting up in practice
• Test Format
• Case Study requirement and Format
We also include lots of tips and hints on handling clients and working with their issues, lots of examples from our own experiences and demonstrations of new techniques as they are introduced.
The 2 day course is followed by an open book examination and submission of case studies to attain the title AAMET EFT practitioner.
This course has been validated for insurance purposes by IPTI.
After the 2 day training you are welcome to attend our mentoring days which provide support and advice as you move into practice and a chance to network with other practitioners at levels 2 and 3. We also offer a full back-up and advice service to all students for as long as they need it.

Essential Freedom Therapies
I am an experienced Usui and Usui Tibetan Reiki Master teacher, registered with the UK Reiki Federation.
I teach small groups (2-6 students per course) and offer full support and advice following training. I offer a Reiki share group once per month and also offer Practitioner Mentoring sessions following qualification at professional level to help students to gain confidence and expand their understanding and experience.
All courses comply fully with the requirements of the UK Reiki Federation, the Reiki Council and the National Occupational Standards for Reiki. This is important if you are considering taking your Reiki to professional level in the future.
Advantages of training with me:
All of the Attunements and training that I do are done face to face with students and I can supply a full, unbroken lineage right back to Mikao Usui.
I only work with small groups of students so everyone who attends gets the personal help and support that they need for their own healing and development journey or their development as therapists.
Levels 1 and 2 are taught over 2 days rather than 1 which allows for far more practice and discussion time so that students leave these levels of training feeling confident that they can begin to work with Reiki. Level 3 is taught as 2 modules with the second (Master Teacher level) being spread over a total of 3 training days and a minimum of 6 months supervised and supported practice to develop the necessary skills to move into the teaching of Reiki with confidence.
I offer all students full support following training via one to one sessions in person or by phone, regular Reiki shares and practitioner mentoring sessions. It is a fact that one of the most common reasons for people failing to continue with Reiki after attunement and training is that they feel isolated, unsupported and unable to ask questions.
My courses are already compliant with the requirements of the new National Occupational Standards for Reiki training which will be important as the government regulation of CAM therapies comes closer. Students who have trained in this way will be able to register easily when the regulation process happens.
Training from beginner to professional level is also available.
