Executive Coaching

This training in Executive Coaching provides guidance for a one-to-one strategic partnership that empowers leaders to develop their leadership skills and drive positive change. The outcomes of the coaching training may be defined by the organisation, the executive or in partnership.

Comprising of 6 sessions, each will provide the executive with the guidance on hw to reflect, discuss challenges, gain insight, strategise, practise new skills and refocus. Guidance is given on the development of a comprehensive Action and Development Plan for action in practice. This can be measured against the new results achieved.

Coaching is becoming a standard part of the learning and development training for executives and talented up-comers to achieve their highest potential. More and more executives recognised the value of coaching to boost performance and fast track careers.
