Course program
Course Description:
This 2 day Health & Safety Executive (HSE) approved first aid course provides refresher training in emergency first aid in the work place, to those who already have a First Aid Certificate.
Our experienced first aid trainers use multimedia presentations and practical exercises in order to teach attendees how to calmly and effectively manage an emergency first aid incident. This will enable successful candidates to carry out the duties of a First Aider in the workplace.
Training is provided either at our own specialized site or provided for in house training.
At the end of the course candidates will take a short test of the content covered and upon completion will receive a First Aider Certificate of Attendance awarded by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)

4. Breathing & circulation
5. Airway obstruction
6. Resuscitation
7. Treatment of bleeding
8. Dressings & bandages
9. Treatment of shock
