Course program
This is a one day haccp course, aimed at food business to help them comply with EC Reg 852/2004 “Those responsible for developing and maintaining the business’s food safety procedures, based on HACCP principles, must have received adequate training”.
Previously known as “foundation haccp”, this Level 2 HACCP qualification gives employees an understanding of what HACCP is, why it is important, the stages in setting up a HACCP based system, and a food handlers role in the HACCP system
