Nigel Faiers brings 23 years experience in the Social Care Sector to his training. He spent 15 plus years managing services for vulnerbale adults and young people including 8 at a senior management level. Nigel founded Faiers Training in 2003. He is a qualified trainer (PTLLS and CTLLS) and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Nigel only works with a select band of training professionals. All have a proven track record in their area of expertise.
