Day One
This one day workshop is a great introductory taster to the skills of massage. You will receive a massage and learn how to give one using a variety of techniques on the back of the body. You'll take away some great skills to use on family and friends.
This workshop is for you:

If you wanted to see if massage therapy was an area you might like to pursue professionally.
Just for fun and to meet new people.
Day Two
This one day workshop is an opportunity for those who have attended the first Introduction to Holistic Massage workshop and would like to learn more. You will learn massage techniques covering the neck, head, face, front of legs and feet, as well as reviewing the back massage techniques from the first workshop. A completely practical day focusing on giving and receiving massage.

If you've attended the first introductory workshop and would like to learn more.
If you wanted to ease some of those tired and stiff muscles for family and friends.
