Course program
A five day corse This Level 4 advanced course with management accountability in mind. It is intended to equip persons with adequate knowledge to ensure that companies operate in a hygienic and efficient manner. The course includes lectures enhanced by audio/visual material and practical teaching aids. Delegates are encouraged to actively participate in discussion sessions and group activities.
This course provides an important grounding into food hygiene and safety. Included in this course are analysis of food contamination issues and how to prevent them. The course introduces good hygiene practices, including identification and management of food safety hazards, which can be applied in the workplace
