You will produce written assignments related to your area of work which will provide an opportunity to develop improvements at work, with support and guidance from your tutor.
Throughout this process your tutor will teach, coach and advise you in management techniques to develop your skills and confidence as a manager.
The duration of the programme will be approximately 40 weeks, is full of relevant content and contains virtually no routine NVQ content such as portfolio building.
Programme involves reading, completing course activities and assignments. You can obtain advice and comprehensive feedback throughout your studies from your own tutor.
