Course program
This health and safety management course examines the need for health and safety in the workplace, and is designed to enable supervisors and managers to successfully plan, implement and manage a Health and Safety management system in their area of responsibility.
The course looks at the need for and business benefits of a health and safety system and introduces methods for employing health and safety procedures effectively in the workplace, including planning and developing a health and safety policy, setting standards, organising staff, managing performance and conducting reviews and audits.
On completing the course you will receive a Level 2 OCN Certificate in Managing Health and Safety. This qualification is accredited through Open College Network, an awarding body who approve courses which meet their robust quality assurance standards.
