Course program
This course has been specially designed for us by Sarah Beckitt for use at our centres and Sarah also delivers the course in person.
Tension, fatigue, anxiety, irritability and inability to relax. These are just a few of the outward signs of stress that affect many of us. Learn how to achieve a real and satisfying balance between work, home, friends and family.
We will look at the most common causes of stress and the signs that indicate serious stress levels. You will discover your own personal stress triggers and identify ways to stop them before it's too late. We will also explore dynamic approaches that harness the power of stress and help you to reach your peak performance.
Stress cannot be completely eliminated from our lives. This workshop is for anyone wishing to understand how to take control of stress rather than have it control them.
Participants will find out how and why they respond to stress in various ways, learning organisational strategies for stress management that will benefit all concerned, be it at work, home or in a social environment.

Following the workshop you will be able to:
•Avoid becoming a casualty of stress
•Discover your personal stress triggers
•Brainstorm and discuss sings, effects and causes of stress
