| Prepares for: | PRINCE2® is a leading method in project management that helps running projects of any size, in any context to deliver effective results whilst managing costs, schedule, quality, scope, risks and benefits. PRINCE2® provides a common terminology to be used within the organisation and other entities participating in the project. It is built on real world projects through public and private sector collaboration. This course explains themes, processes, roles and products associated with the PRINCE2® method. It has built-in exercises to practice the method from start-up to closure. This course takes a practitioners approach and does not include the support for PRINCE2® certification. Courses MG22 and MG23 look at the PRINCE2® qualification exams in detail including practice tests. Organisations will benefit from increased efficiency and reliability of its project management process maximising the chance of successful completion of projects. Anyone that attends this course will benefit from trusted approach and best practices that would prove invaluable in day to day project management. |
