| Prepares for: | Practitioners and managers who are responsible for a service and staff caring for vulnerable adults need to understand the processes which aim to protect those service users. In addition, Practitioners have to ensure that they are familiar with the process beyond the referral and understand the local procedures that follow once the referral has been made. It is vitally important that they understand the issues and know how to deal with them should they arise. |
