Course program
Telesales in practice, allows us to learn then practice what is learnt immediately. We nearly always improve results on the first day.
This is because we don't just train the theory, we run a telesales workshop with best practice in action.
Starting at 09.00 by 10.00 the team (or two teams) working as individuals are making the first of three 90 minute proactive telesales sessions on this day, they call their individually prepared customer and/or prospect data lists.
We prepare and adjust the day to whatever the company's normal sales objectives are, for example it matters not if we focus on winning sales appointments or on other main tangible objectives. We have run many of these sessions and are almost always called back to repeat it and build the principles into the companies culture.
