The programme is designed for staff who are new to the HR function as well as HR practitioners who currently perform an operational role and want to gain a broader understanding of their role and contribution.
The programme will provide foundation knowledge of The Role and Purpose of HR in Today's Modern Organisation and begin the development of competencies in the areas of getting the right people in the right place, developing staff and enhancing performance, performance management, teamwork and co-ordination within HR.
