Raise are a nationally unique organisation, dedicated to promoting wellbeing, educating about mental health and helping to dispel stigma nationwide.
What makes Raise unique? Well, we are very different to other training companies because we are entirely run and managed by staff that have had their own personal experience of mental health difficulties. This means that all our trainers are able to educate not just based on the latest research but from personal experience, which gives delegates a deeper learning experience and greater insight.
We offer an extensive range of over 30 training courses based on mental health and wellbeing. Ranging from stress management and emotional wellbeing to working with psychosis, and from working with physical disabilities and mental health, to managing difficult behaviours. Our open training courses are run in Basingstoke on a monthly basis and we are also able to deliver bespoke training at your organisation at a time that suits you. Raise will deliver training to suit your individual needs to your door and fit in around your business.
Raise also provide a wide range of nationwide consultancy services such as designing and implementing wellbeing policies, mystery shopping, contributing to interview panels, key note speaking and evaluating services to name just a few. We can undertake anything you may need from a mental health service user perspective.
