Course program
The course content is helping staff at all levels to improve their web writing for websites or intranets. Just a basic ability in English writing and spelling is needed. No technical web knowledge is necessary.
Professional communicators and experienced web staff also benefit as the training covers some new ground and recent research. It embodies 11 years of web writing training experience gained through working with Whitehall departments, over 30 local authorities, the European Commission and the UN.
